The normalization of relations of the Zionist regime in the region have caused changes in the security arrangements of the Caspian Basin and can affect the security order of the region, especially the military security of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is what has shaped the title of this article. Therefore, the main research question is formulated as : How does the normalization of the Zionist regime's relations with the Caspian Sea littoral countries affect the military security of the Islamic Republic of Iran?
"Political relations," "Military relations," and "Security relations" are considered as the dimensions of the subject of this research.
This research is of an applied type, its method is descriptive and the approach used is mixed. The data collection method in this study was field and library. The mixed analysis method and Cronbach's alpha test were used to examine the reliability of the questionnaire.
The most important factors affecting the normalization of the Zionist regime's relations with the Caspian littoral countries are: "The creeping increase in the presence of the Zionist regime in the region and the establishment of political, defense-military and intelligence cooperation with the countries", "The alliance of Azerbaijan and, to some extent, Turkmenistan with the Zionist regime against Iran", and "The establishment of an intelligence and signal base by the Zionist regime in the border strip between Azerbaijan and the Islamic Republic of Iran under the pretext of protecting the borders or combating terrorism and exploiting them to spy on Iran".
