The Sacred Defense proved that the “power of faith” triumphs over “faith in power.” The main objective of this research is to present the model of military jihad and managerial approach of six prominent commanders during the eight years of Sacred Defense. This research is of an applied-developmental type, conducted using a descriptive-explanatory method with a quantitative approach and a sample size of 45 individuals. The data collection tools include field and documentary methods. Based on the research findings, revolutionary insight and jihad-oriented insight, although distinct, complement each other. The integration of these two forms “jihadi management” and “effective revolutionary management,” ensuring the continuity and dynamism of the revolution. Martyrs Fallahi, Sayyad Shirazi, Babaee, Hassan Bagheri, Bakri, and Hemmat, each with their unique characteristics, played complementary roles in the Sacred Defense. Their jihadi insight was a combination of deep faith, military knowledge, revolutionary management, and creativity on the battlefield. According to the research results, the jihadi management of the six prominent commanders of the Sacred Defense includes 3 layers, 5 dimensions, and 21 components. The model of jihadi insight and management of these six prominent military commanders, encompassing 13 key components, can be summarized in several main axes: A. Strategic Awareness and Intelligent Analysis of the Battlefield: Jihadi commanders, with their unique insight, B. Jihadi Management and Popular Leadership, C. Military Innovations and War Engineering, D. Jihadi Morale and Spirituality in Command, E. Political-Military Insight.
