Sardar Shahid Soleimani played an important role in America's failures in the region, which many western officials have also acknowledged. Martyr Soleimani was able to institutionalize the discourse of resistance at the regional level through two important characteristics of personal and organizational (management) characteristics, and now the emergence and emergence of Martyr Soleimani's actions can be seen at different levels of the region. By using the foundation data method and in order to qualitatively investigate this issue, this method is used in the article so that a wider number of components can be investigated. This research is designed with the aim of investigating the role of Shahid Soleimani in America's failures in the region, which was used with a non-prospective sampling method based on interviews. One of the most important results of this research is the spread of the discourse of the Islamic revolution, resistance and the school of Martyr Soleimani in all parts of the world and its transformation into a model and the activation and use of the capacity of factors such as policymakers, elites, brokers, non-governmental organizations, political-cultural, military- security and new communication media, in line with the strengthening and promotion of the field and comprehensive resistance-oriented diplomacy. Also, the components and indicators of the role of Martyr Soleimani in America's failures in the region have also been shown in this research.
